For the first time, WildAid moved our annual gala to a virtual format. We are so grateful to those who were able to attend our online event live, and we are thrilled to announce that we raised over $870,000 for wildlife!

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and tuned in! With a silent auction, virtual excursion to Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya, a visit from baby pangolins, messages from celebrity ambassadors and our team members from around the world, plus having Liam Mayclem as our host and auctioneer, and Rob Thomas as our musical guest, we had a wildly good time celebrating our 20 years of conservation with all of you. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for future events, we would love to hear from you. Contact Corie Knights at corie@wildaid.org for details.

Don’t worry if you missed the live event! The recording can be viewed here (note that the online auction is now closed so the links and the QR codes in the recording will not work, but you can still participate in supporting WildAid here):

About WildAid

WildAid is a non-profit organization with a mission to protect wildlife from illegal trade and other imminent threats. While most wildlife conservation groups focus on protecting animals from poaching, WildAid primarily works to reduce global consumption of wildlife products such as elephant ivory, rhino horn and shark fin soup. With an unrivaled portfolio of celebrity ambassadors and a global network of media partners, WildAid leverages more than $308 million in annual pro-bono media support with a simple message: When the Buying Stops, the Killing Can Too.
